Windy start for the early tee times in Augusta this morning. Come on "Boom Boom". Hanging in there with the flat bellies.
Wow, what a terrific morning here in DFW for moving metal. Best wishes to all my counterparts in their dent removals today.
"Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest." Mark Twain. Love a great quote to start the day.
Best to all,

Here in golf terms is a "peak behind the ropes". A 2009 Nissan 370Z. What a blessing it is having such a terrific multi-talented and inspirational partner (Tanya, the wife) for the R&I of almost the entire rear interior trim which allowed me to access and work two pretty nasty complex areas on a quarter panel to our customers full expectation. Now, that was team work. A 2013 Hyundai sonata. The PDR gods were with me on this one folks and maybe a little finesse. Unlike my non existent short game. A 2012 Hyundai Elantra. (I don't consider it a Hyundai week until 3 or more) Moderate, if there is such a thing, hail damage. Yes, still working hail from a year ago. Referral from two of our favorite long time customers. A 2011 Honda Pilot fender sheet rock mishap. Excited about next weeks challenges and look forward to meeting and exceeding expectations for our new and returning customers on schedule. -As a footnote, Please excuse any punctuation or grammatical errors. This is a repair of a sharp line crease that our customer had his dealerships paintless dent repair tech take a look at before he bought the truck. The dealerships PDR tech was less than confident in his ability to execute a precise repair stating that he "could not repair the area without leaving poke marks". We had previously repaired some hail damage on another one of his vehicles and he decided to text pictures of the damaged area to get our opinion. We took the guess work out of this equation for him stating "that due to the depth, very slight imperfections may be noticeable". The end result of this repair was as close to flawless without the need for sanding, filling or painting. The first words out of his mouth when he saw the repair was "That's Incredible!" and "WOW!". We understand the other techs possible inexperience level led to his conclusion of the finished repair and respect his honesty. Executing repairs of this magnitude requires a master techs knowledge and experience. |
